I've set up my job on my computer, what does Fine Print need to produce it?
In order to produce the project you have designed on your computer, Fine Print will need the source files.
  • Your document file. This is the document your program creates when you save.
  • Font Files. Fine Print needs the fonts used to create your document.
  • Image Files. This includes all the photos and clipart.
  • Hard Copy. It is best to provide a hard copy of your document so that our staff can ensure accuracy.

If any assistance is required in obtaining these files feel free to contact us at (701) 772-4802.

Why doesn't my final print match what is on my monitor?
The RGB colors used to produce an image on your monitor or television screen are different from the process inks used to produce images on paper. Just like television screens, computer monitors can be set differently for contrast, brightness, and hue. Without monitor calibration, the monitor cannot achieve accurate color representation. Similar issues occur on inkjet and laser printers that are not calibrated. At Fine Print, we carefully calibrate scanners, monitors and proofers for accurate color.
What do I need for Fine Print to address and mail my project?
In order for Fine Print to address and mail your project, our mailing department will need your mailing list provided in a standard file format. These standard formats include text files, microsoft excel files, and some access formats. By having your mailing list, Fine Print is able to CASS certify and barcode your mailing which saves you money at the post office.

If any assistance is required in obtaining these files feel free to contact us at (701) 772-4802.

How can I get a tour of Fine Print?
